We have two shipping options for your convenience.
Standard Shipping : shipping within 5-7 business days, does not include tracking
Priority Shipping : shipping within 3-5 business days, includes tracking
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges will be honored for standard shipping customers.
Exchanges will be honored only if your item(s) are damaged upon arrival and your package was shipped priority (with tracking). If you receive your goods and they are damaged, please contact the web host with pictures of the damaged item(s) within 24 hrs of receipt. We will get back to you about how to exchange your damaged item within 24-48 hours of receiving your service request.
If you do not receive your item(s) within 30 days of your purchase and your package was shipped priority (with tracking) please contact the web host and open a customer service ticket so we can look into your issue. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond before contacting us again.
